NextGen
Preparing the next generation of talent for the jobs of tomorrow
The mission
Connecting diverse, talented young people across London - to local employers and their opportunities
NextGen London is a collaboration between local schools, colleges, employers and community partners. We are working together to provide London's young people (with a particular focus in Southwark) with the skills and experience they need to thrive.
NextGen London offers a 'managed service' that makes it easy for employers to offer work experience, mentoring and other career development opportunities to local London students.
In order to ensure we reach as many young Londoners as possible we offer the programme for FREE to schools/colleges and employers - however the more students we support, the more funding we need.
If you'd like to pay it forward and help fund the programme then get in touch.

“Transitioning into an ever-changing jobs market is one of the big challenges of our time; especially for young people.
We can, and must do more to bridge the gap between education and employment - if our young people are to be ready for the jobs of the future.”

"As a leading developer and operator of student accommodation, Greystar is invested in the communities our buildings belong to. It makes good business sense for us to invest in these communities for our residents’ wellbeing, as well as the area as a whole.
We are delighted to be supporting the development of NextGen Southwark and the impact it will deliver."
